Meet Your Operator

Hi, I am Sandy Lamb, the Owner Operator of Chick-fil-A Roanoke FSR and Chick-fil-A Champions Center FSR!

I enjoy serving at my local church, spending time with family, playing golf and being outdoors. I am grateful for my son, Ryan and daughter-in-law, Lauren and their support and love. They are wonderful parents to my grandkids, Avery and Rori.  

My Chick-fil-A story began in 2005, I started working part-time as a team member in the evenings while working a full-time position at another business during the day for a little over three years. I fell in love with the Chick-fil-A brand and the values instilled by the Cathy family. In 2009, I was blessed to be selected as the Owner Operator for North East Mall in Hurst, Texas where I served for almost four years. In 2013, I was privileged with the opportunity of relocating and opening the Roanoke FSR, and in 2017, I was selected as the Multi-restaurant Owner Operator of Champions Center FSR.

I have a passion to serve others, influence and develop people, and to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that He has entrusted to me. Chick-fil-A has provided me an opportunity to accomplish these and much more. I could never do what I do without my faith, my family and two amazing teams that I have the pleasure to serve alongside every day.

My vision for both restaurants is to be a milestone in people’s lives marked by positive influence and inspiration. My desire is that we cultivate a purpose-driven culture of excellence and genuine care for people all day every day.
